This large, beautiful villa sleeps 10 persons comfortably. It is situated next door to Villa Bernesto giving a very large group (of up to 20 people max) the chance to all be together. Ideal for professional football teams, athletic clubs, weddings etc.
This splendid, privately owned residence is in a private and exclusive Urbanization and situated on the side of a valley in the foothills overlooking the town of Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol.
The motorways, shops, bars, Aqua Park, golf courses and Fuengirola Town are all quickly accessed by car. Local shops, bars, restaurants and a newly opened restaurant with live entertainment can be walked to.
There is also plenty of on-street parking. Due to the size of the villa a resident House Manager lives in a separate, integral, fully self-contained apartment within the villa and remains quiet and unobtrusive at all times. He will only enter the property with your consent (unless for essential maintenance.) and will provide a weekly change of linen.
The villa has marble floors throughout and comprises of five bedrooms. Two double rooms (one with own dressing room and en-suite) and three twin rooms, part air conditioning, two full bathrooms and a separate upstairs urinal and basin. There is a cloakroom and a wet shower room by the pool in the grounds of the villa.The kitchen is large and fully fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, two large fridge/freezers, and its own balcony overlooking the pool and valley.There is an adjacent Laundry room with relevant amenities. Valuables can be secured in the Villa safe. (A cot, highchair, and stroller can be provided for a separate fee payable locally.)
The large lounge/diner is light and airy with views and a balcony, satellite TV, table and chairs, settees, etc. The entrance hall is very large and impressive and totally in keeping with the rest of this residence.
The pool is floodlit and fully tiled with an astro-turfed, covered solarium complete with table tennis. A BBQ, fridge, loungers, shades and ample tables and chairs try to fill the room offered around the large pool area.
You can all be collected and returned to Malaga Airport (for a flat rate fee) if needed and our trusted Spanish Agent can arrange a number of further requirements including hire cars. (May we remind you it is often cheaper to hire a car locally rather than from the UK or the Airport).
