Beautiful villa sleeps 10 persons comfortably. It is situated next door to VILLA JUNIO ROSA giving a very large group (of up to 20 people max) the chance to all be together. All five bedrooms (comprising of 3 doubles and 4 singles) are fully air-conditioned with four having en-suite bathrooms. The 5th bedroom has an integrated shower and basin only.There is also a BBQ, toilet facilities and a fridge.
The pool itself is floodlit and heated (although for winter use only) and graded at one end making seating in the pool possible. At the bottom of the property is a full size, fenced tennis court.The kitchen is large and fully fitted with all white goods and a laundry room and breakfast room lead off it.
The beamed large lounge has SKY digital TV, stereo, ample seating and double doors leading out to a large sun terrace with a retractable shade and views of the town, sea, valley and mountains.
The dining room is off the lounge and has seating for 10 and there is also a cloakroom on the same level. The secluded pool area is tiled and grassed with ample furniture and umbrellas.
