The La Manga South Course, (Murcia)
Play golf on La Manga Club’s South Course and experience a championship course in the centre of a beautiful valley. This fabulous 18 hole course is recommended by everyone from professional tournament players to beginners thanks to its interesting design and attention to detail. Spanning 6,499 metres in length and dotted with water hazards and palm trees, the course provides a number of obvious and hidden dangers. Lakes, bunkers and a stream require accuracy and precision as players drive between the number of hazards to reach the green and long forceful shots are necessary to cover this thoroughly captivating course.
Although Robert Putman’s original course was designed in 1971, the course is by no means dated due to the continual development and improvements made over the last three decades. Home to major golfing events such as the Spanish Open, the South Course cannot be faulted for its testing layout and first class facilities.
